As the founder of Koster Marketing, I bring more than two decades of marketing experience across Europe and the United States. I combine brand strategy, communication, and digital marketing with practical AI adoption, connecting the decisions that shape a business with the work that moves it forward.
Alongside building my own agency, I lead marketing and communications for the Americas at Healy World. Working across markets and teams has shaped how I think: see the bigger picture, make the priorities clear, and keep people at the center.
